Caterlog provides custom furniture services, which are based on the customer's specific requirements, using high-quality solid wood as the main material, such as North America Built-in furniture or individual furniture made from imported top-quality black walnut. We use solid wood to handcraft, or customize according to your needs, to ensure that each piece of furniture has excellent quality and durability.
Our installers can provide free on-site measurements, trimming, and custom-build storage-focused furniture, such as C-shaped cabinets, entryway shoe cabinets, eight-foot-wide full-height wardrobes, and platform beds. For more customized whole-home furniture needs, our interior designers can provide design solutions to create your ideal home.

Custom-made solid wood furniture process
Step 1: Customer describes their needs
Please tell us your requirements, including style, size and wood type.
For design, you can refer to our online products first, or provide photos or hand-drawn designs yourself.

If necessary, we can send you free wooden samples for your reference. Please contact customer service via Whatspp to request.
Step 2: We quote
Please refer to our current prices first. We will provide a quote based on your design and material selection. Please note that due to the unique value of customized furniture's personalized design and handmade craftsmanship, the price of customized furniture will be slightly higher than the current stock price.
Step 3: Customer places order
Order: Please provide your name, phone number and address.
Delivery time: The production cycle is about 15-20 days. If some products require longer delivery time, we will notify you separately.
Delivery: Please refer to our delivery service details.
Payment: We support a variety of payment methods. Please refer to the FAQ on our homepage for details. For orders under HK$30,000, you must pay the full amount upfront. For orders over HK$30,000, you must pay a 70% deposit upfront, with the balance due the day before delivery.
