Island Manufacturing's wooden furniture maintenance oil has obtained NSF*'s 3H certification and has passed the highest level of food safety testing. It is an oil that is harmless to the human body (only if it has passed 3H certification can it come into direct or indirect contact with food and drugs).
*NSF is a designated collaborating center of the World Health Organization (WHO) and is the global leader in food safety product certification.
Products that have been tested by NSF and meet NSF standards mean that the product has been confirmed in the following aspects:
1. Manufacturers use only FDA-approved raw materials
2. The product has passed many NSF tests involving material safety, construction and product performance
3. Ensure harmful chemicals do not leach into and contaminate customers’ food
4. The product is safe and does not contain bacteria
NSF certification is not a one-time test. Factory inspections are performed without prior notification, and production facilities will be inspected on-site regularly in the future, and products will be retested regularly to ensure the highest standards continuously.

Install:
- Products priced above $8,000 include installation services; products priced below $8,000 do not include installation services.
- For non-free installation products, customers can choose to install them themselves or seek assistance from Caterlog. If you need installation services, please inform us in advance so that we can arrange a technician to provide you with services as soon as possible. Caterlog will charge relevant fees.
- The free installation service does not include remote areas, and charges in remote areas need to be quoted separately.
- After arrival, please make an appointment with us for installation. If delivery and installation are required on the same day, a surcharge of $300 will be charged.
Delivery details:
- The delivery service does not include delivery into the house, and the delivery master will hand over the goods with the customer outside the house.
- Free shipping is only applicable to goods that can be pushed horizontally into the elevator. If the goods cannot be pushed horizontally into the elevator, additional fees may be charged. Please ensure you have access to elevators, stairs (if stair removal is required), doorways, etc. to avoid incurring additional charges.
- There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- If the push path exceeds 50 meters, an additional charge of $100/piece/50 meters will be required. The actual additional fee needs to be confirmed based on the situation.
- If the delivery requires moving stairs, there will be a stair moving fee, which is estimated to be $150/floor/item. The actual additional cost will need to be confirmed based on the situation.
- If you need delivery at a specific time, please notify us in advance. If there is no notice and no one answers the door on the day of delivery, the customer will need to bear additional shipping costs of $200 per trip.
- Due to logistics needs, transportation time may vary. If the logistics is randomly inspected by customs, the delivery date will be postponed by a few days without prior notice. Please understand.
- If there are any errors or omissions in the delivery information, delivery may be delayed.
- Delivery is a continuous service. If you need to carry and push the goods by yourself in the middle, you need to handle the follow-up matters by yourself.
Returns and exchanges:
- Slight changes in the physical design and size of the product are normal and do not constitute a reason for return or exchange.
- Solid wood furniture is made of natural materials and may have some minor natural marks or flaws. This is normal and does not affect the use and quality of the product. Therefore, these minor differences will not be grounds for return or exchange.
