deliver goods:

• Delivery of ready-made products takes approximately 2-3 weeks
• It takes about 3-4 weeks to make customized products. For details, please refer to Customized Furniture

(Please note that due to some special circumstances, such as weather, logistics delays, inventory changes, etc., the delivery time may exceed this range. We will try our best to ensure on-time delivery, but delays caused by external factors cannot be completely ruled out.)

Shipping fee: Free delivery to Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories (Ma Wan +$100, Tung Chung +$150, Discovery Bay +$200)

Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are not accepted (please refer to Returns and Exchanges for details)

Delivery details:

• There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
• If the push path exceeds 50 meters, an additional charge of $100/piece/50 meters will be required. The actual additional fee needs to be confirmed based on the situation.
• If the delivery requires moving stairs, there will be a stair moving fee, which is estimated to be $150/floor/item. The actual additional cost will need to be confirmed based on the situation.
• If you need delivery at a specific time, please notify us in advance. If there is no notice and no one answers the door on the day of delivery, the customer will need to bear additional shipping costs of $200 per trip.
• If there are any errors or omissions in the delivery information, delivery may be delayed.
• Delivery is a continuous service. If you need to carry and push the goods by yourself in the middle, you need to handle the follow-up matters by yourself.
